NetBeans IDE 6.7 is now available!!

Sebelumnya, mungkin gw pengen menjelaskan IDE itu dulu..IDE atau Integrated Development Environment adalah software aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai jembatan penghubung antara software developer dan programmer. Di dalamnya terdapat banyak tools yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pengerjaan program, antara lain penggunaan GUI  dan drag-and-drop programming dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Biasanya IDE terdiri dari :

4. Debugger

Salah satu IDE yang cukup familiar di kalangan programmer, antara lain Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, dan yang terbaru NetBeans, dengan versi terbaru NetBeans 6.7. IDE ciptaan Sun ini, terus dikembangkan sehingga memiliki banyak tools yang sangat membantu dalam pengembangan program, sebut saja Java SE, Java ME, hingga GlassFish. Release Overview

NetBeans IDE 6.7 is integrated with Project Kenai, a collaborative environment for developers to host open-source projects. With Kenai and the NetBeans IDE, a team of developers is able to create projects, check out, edit, debug, build, discuss, and commit code, all through one easy-to-use interface!

The release also builds on the success of NetBeans 6.5 with native support for Maven; GlassFish, issue tracker and Hudson integrations; and enhancements to Java, PHP, Ruby, Groovy and C/C++. Highlights of the 6.7 release include support for JavaScript 1.7, Ruby Remote Debugging, and integration of the Java ME SDK 3.0.
